National Shrine of the Divine Mercy | Philippines

On December 30th, my family and I drove an hour or two to Marilao, Bulacan to hear a mass. We got ready around 4 AM and was ready for the road after an hour, we then arrived the place at around 7 AM or so. And far as I could remember, it was my first time in the church. But then, my parents told us that we’ve already visited the church once, when we were young and when half of the church was still under construction, I think.

We came in early for the next mass, so we waited and walked around the place and was really fascinated by the place.

Then it’s time for us to hear the mass. I was surprised when the man inside the church told us about being on air for the Family TV Mass, which for sure Filipinos will know about this matter. They shot a New Years’ mass which they aired on the first of January. So then after the mass we walked around the place and I took few other photos. Enjoy the photos!

Photos were all taken using Nikon D3200 and edited using VSCO app

  1. Wow, this is like 20-30 mins away from where I live. Bulacan is my hometown, btw. Hehe. But I seldom go to that church since it’s usually fully-packed, basically because it’s known for all those things you showed above. And yes, it’s often on TV. 😅
