Central Park Zoo | New York

This is a part two of my New York post, hopefully won’t be the last ~

From the Flatiron District, we just walked our way to the Central Park. That’s from 23rd street of fifth avenue TO 59th street of fifth avenue (which ranges to the 100th street). It’s a good thing because we got to exercise and see more things and take bunch of photos.┬áBut before we head to Central Park, we went to St. Patrick’s Cathedral to pay it a visit. We also got to see the New York Public Library, which of course I took a photo of it.

I’ve been following a couple photographers on Instagram and most of them are New York based photographer. Like I mean, who wouldn’t love to see New York skyscraper and every thing about New York, right?

To be honest, my family and I have been going to New York pretty much every year. And every time we visit New York we are only be at the same locations: Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The itinerary will change if we really plan something ahead of time, on where to go and what to do. And as a young adult, I crave for long walks and slight traveling. And it took us literally couple years to finally go to New York by ourselves. As per usual, a Filipina who is afraid to get lost in a big city, I always use my GPS to travel here and there.

I think I have posted the same images of Jason Mraz on my Instagram a thousand times, it’s because maybe I’m still not over the fact that I saw him – on my own eyes. YES! Yes, I saw him and YES!, that’s his album that year.

Okay, I have posted this before but I deleted it, since I didn’t edited the photos and I’m planning to attach the videos I have, but then it’s a little too late for this post. So, since it’s Thursday tomorrow — it’ll be my Throwback Thursday post.

What Would I Be Doing Right Now?

I’ve been staring at my laptop for almost an hour or maybe for two hours, switching tabs on Chrome, reading random blogs, listening to melodramatic songs on Spotify and realizing life happenings.

And it just hit me, I mean, what would I ever be doing if I didn’t wrote my first blog entry six years ago, if I didn’t owned a SLR six years ago – what would I be doing right now??

Packing 101: Do’s and Dont’s

I do not really go on a big trip but when I do, it’s because of family stuff. And just this weekend we head out to Virginia to be on a family relatives’ christening. Yup, that was my first time to be out of the state and pack clothes and stuff. I have been to New York and Pennsylvania if that counts as a trip, but never have I ever brought a luggage and few clothes in it.

Life Lately: How’s My Long Weekend?

I would have done a Life Lately post instead of this one, but having Life Lately post seems to be a clutter on my blog and another blog category that I will eventually forget doing.

I’ve been again, MIA from the blog. A lot of happenings and most definitely – didn’t have that much time to use the laptop to write something. Though, yes I have been writing drafts onmy phone but never transferred it on the blog or something. So before another week of work starts again, here I am writing and finishing this post.

Five Years

We all meet someone who will leave photos and significant memories in our lives. Whether it may be the guy who made a promise to you when you were young; the guy who loved you so much or the guy who broke your heart. Either way they still somehow left a mark in your life and taught you life lessons. Right?

I do come across several people online and not so much in person. And sometimes, I get too attached and make instant connections to those whom I met online. These people I met online were the ones who I have proven to stick with my life, through thick and thin; though we miss communicating for a week or month – I still know that I will always have a friend to run and talk to. And you’d be so lucky if you’ve met them. Well then I am lucky and I am happy that I have met someone online and knew them personally.
