My First Solo Travel Experience

To those people who personally know me, knows that I don’t go out that much. I’d rather stay at home – watch Netflix, a series or play video games. And for someone who is shy, quiet and awkward- this trip is really big and it did meant something for me, I must say, one of the things I have achieved before I reach 30.

I really don’t plan on going anywhere this year to be honest. I have dream places/states to visit, but it’s not my year yet. Besides, before I asked my parents about this trip, I am not a 100% sure that they’ll allow me to– but surprisingly, they did.

Labor Day in Washington, D.C.

This is a long overdue post. I’ve been meaning to share few photos from that trip but time and work stuffs are in the way and honestly, been playing video games every single day! But here I am trying to work on this post again – for the nth time!

Labor Day this year — 2018, my family and I visited Washington D.C and explore a few place for a day.

We were all ready around 4 in the morning and headed out to barge in the road for good ol 3-hours. Surprisingly I didn’t sleep while on the road knowing that I only got like 2 hours sleep, maybe it was because of the coffee.

What To Do in New York If You’ve Already Seen The Sights

New York is a city of big views and spectacular sights. From the Empire State Building to the Statue of Liberty, there are no end of elite landmarks to check out. But what happens once you’ve seen them all? Today, let’s run through four things you can do in the Big Apple which don’t involve heading to one of these spots of interest.

Basilica of National Shrine | Washington, D.C

No surprise that I started to love the ideas of small travels. It started when we had that long drive to Virginia to see some relatives and that was the first time we traveled out of the state ~ besides New York and Pennsylvania.

We packed our clothes two days before we leave that’s how excited I am to see kids and relatives that we haven’t seen in months or more likely in a year.

Point Pleasant Beach | New Jersey

Last Saturday, my sister and I went fishing together with her boyfriend’s family. It was honestly my first time doing this kind of thing..going out on a Saturday night with other people. We actually went home around 2 AM, imagine how late that was for me.

So before that, I’ve been tweeting endlessly on what should I wear when someone’s going fishing, I even searched it on the web and didn’t find any. I even decided to bring my camera with me, risking of taking good ol shots, but didn’t used it anyways. So the following images you’ll see on this post are all from my iPhone 6s+ and edited using Lightroom, some are two of Corinth’s presets! 😀

Brooklyn Bridge | New York

It was a dream of mine to visit New York and luckily I get to visit the state probably every year and get to visit new places which I pretty much see on Instagram. I am not going to deny it, I AM IN LOVE WITH NEW YORK!

So then, I was browsing my hard drive and saw these images I took back in year 2014 or so. And I know it’s a bit old, but the memories are still here and forever kept. So I’ll take you to New York, specifically Brooklyn Bridge. Enjoy!

Jumpyard | Philippines

I saw posts about an indoor trampoline park before we actually flew for our vacation and was curious about it and I told my sisters about it and they were so game about it. So then when we had our vacation in the Philippines, we got the time and privilege to go to one of their branches.

It was the 19th of December when we decided to visit San Fernando branch of Jump Yard. Located at Paseo Las Palmas, Jose Abad Santos Ave., San Fernando, Pampanga.

The place has three like activity center for any ages. But we decided to go with the Indoor Trampoline Park. To check out the other activities here are some of their links: Lazer Maxx and Fun Ranch.
